The Villages at Castle Rock Metropolitan District No. 9 is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado organized pursuant to the Colorado Special District Act, article 1, Title 32, C.R.S. The District functions to provide public improvements for its residents and is governed by an elected five member Board.
